I have been a tenant of family homes for 12 years and have dealt with a lot of people on the family homes team coming and going but recently I have had the pleasure of dealing with Carley from the letting team who has done everything she can to help me. Also I Mustn’t forget Harry and Beth in the maintenance team they have been amazing sorting my maintenance and emergencies. You’re all doing a great job.

Just wanted to do a review for Harry our property manager. He has been a great support with our properties. His communication is excellent, always making sure we are updated with any issues we have. He is a credit to the Family Homes team!!!

I have nothing bad to say about family homes. My Mum used them and when she got served a section 21 by her landlord, they were extremely helpful in helping me find a flat to rent! Harry Carnt is my property manager and I am extremely impressed by his consistent willingness to help and how quickly he gets things sorted for me. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Harry. 10/10 service!
