Family Homes Landlord Advice Centre is located at 25a West Street Sittingbourne ME10 1AL, and is open to all landlords and property investors.
The Landlord Advice Centre has been running for over 5 years.
It aims to provide:-
1) Free help and Advice to all Landlords and Property Investors regardless of whether they own one or a hundred properties, or just looking for their first money making investment.
2) We are able to provide guidance on selecting tenants, preparing tenancy agreements, inventories, preparing and issuing legal notices.
3) We are able provide information on preparing legal paperwork and assisting landlord on court attendance, in order to gain legal possession of their property.
4) The advice and guidance is totally free, however if we are requested to undertake work on behalf of the landlord such as preparing and issuing notices to tenants, where we would incur costs then this cost would be passed on the landlord.
5) Family Homes Landlord Advice Centre is open from 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and from 9am to 4pm on Saturday. We are also happy to meet with landlords by arrangement outside of these hours.
6) If landlords are unable to visit the Landlord Advice Centre, they are still able to obtain advice and guidance on any matter in respect of property, letting or tenants by calling our 24 hour landlord help line 07973 782 389.
